El personal es amable. Buenos precios. Muy accesible. Siempre ofrecen cargar las botellas en el coche. Voy aquí desde que me mudé al barrio. Tienen un dispensador de autoservicio durante sus horas de cierre. El personal está muy bien informado sobre los distintos tipos de dispensadores de agua. El agua alcalina es perfecta.Friendly staff. Good prices. Very accessible. They always offer to load your bottles into the car. Been going here since I moved into the neighborhood. They have a self serve dispenser during their closed hours. Obtengo mi agua aquí todo el tiempo. Está justo bajando la calle de donde vivo. El servicio es muy bueno. No tienes que darle propina a los chicos que trabajan allí para que te ayuden con las garrafas de agua hasta tu auto. Yo sí lo hago como cortesía cuando puedo. Creo que su agua sabe mejor en comparación con Arrowhead y otras marcas. ¿Quizás porque llevo tanto tiempo tomándola? Cuesta $2 por una garrafa de 5 galones de agua purificada y un poco más por el agua alcalina. ¡Un lugar excelente!I get my water from here all the time. It's right down the street from where I live. The service is very good. You don't have to tip the guys who work there in order for them to help you out with the water jugs to your car. I do though as a curtesy when I can. I think their water tastes the best compared to arrowhead and others. Maybe because I have been drinking it for so long? TODOS los empleados son muy amables y serviciales. No solo lavan tus botellas, sino que incluso las enjuagan si se les pide. Siempre las secan con un trapo. ¡Siempre te ayudan a llevarlas a tu auto! They not only wash out your bottles but they will even rinse them off if asked. They Always wipe the bottles dry. You always get help carrying to your car! I love the convenience of having an account & the excellent bonus of the punch card! Check out the store for all the supplies they carry. Siempre recibo un excelente servicio al cliente aquí. Gente muy servicial que siempre se ofrece a poner mis botellas en el coche y trata de asegurarse de que lleguen a casa en una sola pieza. ¡Somos la mejor tienda de agua en el Valle de Santa Clarita! Michael Grady vino el día que se reventó un filtro de carbón y, al parecer, el agua sabía mal. Solo otro cliente se vio afectado y le reemplazamos el agua de inmediato. Grady fue rápido en publicar una mala reseña sin volver a que le reemplazáramos el agua. Por eso, su reseña será ignorada. Nichole Greer llena sus jarras aquí todo el tiempo y nunca se quejó de nuestro servicio. A ella se le rompió una botella en la parte trasera de su auto mientras la estábamos atendiendo. Luego quiso una botella nueva. ¡Nuestra política es que si tiene una fuga cerca de la válvula o una botella agrietada que acaba de comprar, se la reemplazamos! Greer estaba tratando de aprovecharse de nuestra política, así que su reseña también será ignorada. Christine Millam dejó una reseña negativa después de venir a nuestra tienda en un momento en que estábamos en transición de empleados porque uno renunció por un problema familiar. Michael Grady came in the day we had a carbon filter burst and apparently the water tasted funny. Only one other customer was affected and we replaced their water immediately. Grady was quick to post a bad review without coming back in to get his water replaced. So his review will be disregarded. Nichole Greer fills her jugs here all the time and never complained about our service. She had a bottle crack in the back of her car while it was being serviced. Then she wanted a new bottle. Our policy is that if you have a leak by the valve or you have a cracked bottle you just purchased, we replace it! Greer was trying to take advantage of our policy so her review will be disregarded as well. Christine Millam left a negative review after coming to our store during a time we were transitioning employees because we had someone quit for a family issue. This is the only time in the last 6 years that we had an employee not show up. We take pride in our quality and our reviews show it! We average about 5 new customers every week. Solo pedí agua y el tipo estornudaba por todas partes. No llevaba mascarilla y ni siquiera se molestó en lavarse las manos. Quería decir algo, pero me enfadé mucho y no quería decir algo grosero… Ahora deseo haber dicho algo. Eso no estuvo bien. Y me dieron el agua alcalina. 🙁I just water and the guy was sneezing all over the place. He was not wearing a mask and he didn’t even bother to wash his hands. I wanted to say something but I got really mad and I didn’t want to say something rude…I wished I have said something now. That was not okay.
