Pure O Water

NO LA EMPRESA DE AGUA CON LA QUE TRABAJABA. ¡FUI CLIENTE VALIOSO DE PURE OASIS WATER POR MÁS DE 8 AÑOS! Empecé con ellos desde que abrieron por primera vez. El dueño era el repartidor de una antigua empresa de agua que cerró. Tan pronto como cerraron, él fue puerta a puerta para recuperar su antigua ruta con nuevos clientes. Lo aprecié y me inscribí sin dudarlo. Con los años, esta empresa ha ido cuesta abajo muy rápido!!! Los repartidores siempre han sido geniales, pero Patty en la oficina es terrible. Debe ser la esposa del dueño porque hace lo que quiere sin consecuencias. Yo recibo mis facturas por correo electrónico. Cabe mencionar que recibo más de 100 correos al día entre el trabajo y lo personal. Las facturas suelen perderse. Ella me llamó UNA SOLA VEZ para avisarme que tenía un saldo de $120. Me asusté y pagué todo de inmediato. Eso fue viernes. Llega el lunes y mi cámara Vivint capta al repartidor golpeando mi puerta con una factura en la mano. Deja la factura, recoge las botellas vacías y no deja agua. No deja agua después de que pagué todas las facturas. Todavía una semana después, no hay agua. Supongo que me dieron de baja? Después de casi 9 años de negocio y siendo uno de sus primeros clientes. Ahora estoy buscando un nuevo servicio de entrega de agua.NOT THE WATER COMPANY I USED TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER OF!!! I’ve been a customer of pure oasis water for over 8 years! I started with them since they first opened. The owner was my delivery guy for an old water company that closed. As soon as they closed, he went door to door to gain his old route back with new customers. I appreciated him and signed up without hesitation. As the years progressed, this company has gone downhill fast!!! The delivery guys have always been cool but Patty in the office is terrible. She must be the owners wife because she just does whatever she wants with no consequences. I have my invoices emailed to me. Mind you, I receive over 100 emails a day between work and personal. The invoice tend to get lost. She called me ONE time to let me know I had a balance of $120. I freaked out and paid them all at once. That was Friday. Monday comes around and my Vivint camera captures the delivery guy pounding on my door with an invoice in his hand. He leaves the invoice, takes the empty bottles, and leaves no water. He leaves no water after I paid all invoices. Still a week later, no water. I’m assuming the terminated me? After almost 9 years of business and being one of their first customers. Llevo 6 años con Pure Oasis. ¡Son geniales! Muy amables y puntuales. Buena calidad de agua y servicio. Patty siempre es tan amable y servicial. Y los repartidores son muy serviciales y amables. Servicio terrible. Acabo de cancelar ambas cuentas, personal y de negocios. No he recibido agua en una semana. Tuve varios envíos vacíos para recoger. Llamé y hablé con Patty una semana antes para confirmar que recibiríamos agua, así como para averiguar por qué no recibía comunicación sobre la entrega o las facturas. Ella confirmó que recibiríamos la entrega. Llega la fecha de entrega y no hay nada, y me dicen que es por mi saldo pendiente. Nunca mencionó esto al llamar para confirmar. Servicio al cliente y asistencia terribles.Terrible service. Just canceled both of my accounts. Personal and Business. Haven’t received water for a weeks. Had multiple empties for pick up. I called, spoked with Patty a week before to confirm that we’d be receiving water as well as to figure out why I wasn’t receiving communication for drop off or invoices. She confirmed we’d receive our delivery. Delivery date comes, nothing is dropped, and I’m told it is due to my balance. She never mentioned this when calling to confirm. When calling to figure out the problem, she was extremely rude. Took no responsibility for it and instead stated I should’ve asked for my balance. If I’m calling due to not receiving delivery for weeks and having issues with service. You would think customer service would be able to identify a payment due and collect or attempt to collect as the issue. Terrible customer service and assistance.Comentario traducidoVer original

Solía ser bueno. Empezaron a decir que llegarían y entregarían agua en días que no eran de entrega, pero no se presentaron después de llamar el día antes de la fecha programada y me quedé sin agua. Cuando llamé para investigar, me dijeron que debía ser mi culpa por no haber llamado cuando me cobraron la tarjeta dos semanas antes. Cancelé el servicio.Used to be great. Started claiming to show up and deliver water on non delivery days but failed to show after calling the day before the scheduled delivery date and i had no water. No sé qué pasa con estas malas reseñas. La señora me llame cada dos semanas antes de una entrega para recordarme y verificar si necesito algo. Los conductores son geniales y todos hasta ahora han sido agradables. Recomiendo mucho este servicio.I don’t know what’s up with these bad reviews. The lady calls me every two weeks before a delivery to remind me and check if I need anything. The drivers are awesome and everyone so far has been pleasant.
