The owner, I believe his name is Mike is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called on a Saturday asking for ‘PVC SINTRA BOARD’ and specially said I didn’t want a certain product, he said he had it and could sell it to me. Fast forward a few days, I go to pick it up and it’s not what I wanted and was what I specifically said I DIDN’T want. I told him that and he said "no, you asked for this" and I said "no, I didn’t. I know exactly what I’m looking for" and he interrupts me and said "no, you literally asked for this". He continued to go on about "how I asked for it" and I just told him "no, I didn’t" as I was walking out. Unprofessional and rude. I know exactly what I want and need, that’s exactly why I was calling around to see if I could find it. Thanks for not listening to your potential customers, maybe you should go through some more training since you don’t know how to do your job and the products you sell. 👍🏻
