Leslie's Pool Supplies

The store front is fine if a bit pricey, but my advice is DO NOT ORDER OFF THE WEBSITE!!! My order was never delivered, I called for a replacement; they filed a ticket eith FedEx and made me wait. FEDEX says my order is lost so I call for a replacement. THEN Leslie's refers me to "a higher department" for investigation. They take 48 hours to get back to you and DECIDE if they will send you more product that FedEx lost. I am now trying for a refund. It has been 12 days!!!!

This place has the worst customer service. I wish there was another pool store in town. Manager is very rude, not very helpful and gives conflicting information then what the other employees give. I’d give zero stars if possible. We will be ordering online or travel out of town just to not have to deal with this lady!

The staff are always willing to help you in any way they can. They also will test your pool/jacuzzi water for free. They helped me completely resurface my pool with information and ideas.

I like their customer service, their knowledge in pools and the water testing service. I'm new having a pool so I go every week.

I initially had a five star, but now if I could put a zero I would! The store manager was VERY rude to me on the phone. This guy is not a nice guy at all, I've heard him be rude to someone on the phone before, figured he was having a bad day, now today that person is me? plus he asked my husband about two months ago if the old store manager could use his commercial account. I was not going to say anything but with his attitude with me today was uncalled for. I won't be dealing with this store anymore, I'll have my husband do it IF he even wants to go back after today. My question is, is this what Leslie's allows their managers do now? I've heard about this guy and his attitude, I even read reviews but yet, here he is. Do better!

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Theresa made me feel heard and she really went out of her way to help me find what I needed. Thank you for valuing your customers and helping us find what we need during these crazy times! I'll be back soon for more supplies!
