We have been with BI-County Pools for several years. The service has been horrible, and we stayed with them because we have respect for the owner. We had high hopes for them to correct their continued failure to keep our pool clean. Unfortunately, our pool has not been properly maintained with less than 10 minutes service once a week and the cost of $350 a month for a dirty pool and terrible service is not acceptable. In addition, we noticed the sweeper had not moved for a few days; we investigated and found the pool sweeper broken. How does a person service our pool miss this?

Was asked to come in and leave a card as I install PVC Liners in pools, never heard back from the young lady that took my card or the gentleman that asked me to leave a card. I believe she just discarded my business card. I'm Black American and I can tell when someone is being honest??? You know

WORST COMPANY EVER! Wish I would have read through the reviews prior to doing business with them or allowing to screw up my saltwater pool. They know NOTHING about saltwater pools. They were involved when I changed my pool over to saltwater, yet constantly had to questions why they were adding so many chemicals. They never once looked at the salt levels in my pool resulting in the failure of my $900 salt cell. When I tested the chemical levels in my pool, everything was out of whack! Not to mention the salt level was so low, the salt cell wouldn't register and/or work appropriately. When I called to cancel service, I spoke with the lady at the front desk, requested to have one of the service guys contact me about my salt pool and to no surprise, no one called me back. Now they tell me the main guy that serviced my pool doesn't work there anymore... No surprise. Make sure you double check their work monthly. And for darn sake, don't let them work on your salt pool!

I went in and asked them to give me an estimate, 5 days later I received a bill in the mail for $167 for balancing chemicals in my pool. I reminded her of the conversation I had with her when I went in and asked for a estimate. I told her that I never asked them to balance my chemicals, so I would like the charge removed, then she started yelling at me. This is not the first time I have received a bill for work I never approved. This happened a few months earlier when they came out and broke my release valve on my pool equipment, after that I received a bill for over $200, but since they went out and cleaned the filters, I went ahead and paid and figured the parts were probably old. BEWARE! This company will not ask you to approve work before hand. The lady that works in the store is rude and obviously has no idea how to treat customers. They lost a good customer in me, and I will warn all my family and friends to not go to them.

Does not even deserve 1 star. We've tried to call them 5 times. New home for us with a pool! Anyway, calling, we always have to wait for the pool cleaner to call us back. The person that answers the phone has no idea what going on and can't schedule anything. The initial call we set up a cleaning and repair / servicing. I had no idea he finally showed, but he did talk to my AC guy doing work, not me who was again waiting at home from work. I called and asked what was up and found he did show up but didn't do anything or talk to me. I had to call yet again for an explanation but only received a promise to get an estimate. Guess what? I have yet to receive an estimate or pool cleaning. Why didn't he clean my pool? I don't know. Two weeks and no results. What a disappointment.

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Every negative review that I see posted on Bi County Pools had come true for me in my first experience with them. 1.) Entering my backyard without authorization (3) times in under a week.. Twice my 12 year old daughter came to me asking why there was a strange old man in our backyard taking our pool apart. And one of the times he tapped on the rear slider door and relayed to my 12 year old daughter that a $40 part needs to be replaced on the pump (that worked before he touched it). 2.) Doing work and replacing items on a written quote without authorization. Steve removed the pool filters and added a leaf canister that were on the unauthorized quote. 3.) Broke parts on my pool system and charging me for the replacement. 4.) astronomical markup on cost of equipment! over a $200 dollar markup on a pool sweep and leaf canister! Furthermore, When I discussed with the owner Steve why he replaced items without my authorization, He stated that if I were to purchase the items from any other source but thru him, We would have to part ways. I explained to him that I had hired Bi County Pools to service my pool monthly and not dictate where I choice to purchase my pool equipment, I told him that is a ridiculous company policy, then he hung up the phone on me. Note to self... read reviews before choosing to do business with companies.

There is a rude overweight older woman that works the desk I had purchased a scooper to clean up the leaves used it two day and the netting ripped . I took it back for replacement or refund. I chose replacement which was more expensive then the first one I purchased. The women was not happy at first I thought that the frown was her face till a caucasian customer walked in her frown charging into a smile. My second encounter with this woman was when I went to get my filters cleaned I had very bad algae but I knew they could get them clean because I had them clean at other places. But when I went to pick them up they were still dirty when she placed them on the counter some of the stuff came off on the counter when I said to her this are not cleaned she said well they’re better than what you brought them in and I said I understand that’s why I brought them in to be cleaned. But I am not going to argue I said how much do I owe you she said no you don’t owe me a thing just take them someplace else. For a minute I paused I thought she was telling me they couldn’t clean them to take them someplace else but no when I asked her she said no I’m talking about you take your business someplace else so my feelings were hurt but I thought I don’t need to deal with people like this you don’t want my money that’s fine I’ll give it to someone else that does and use it to strive to have a big and successful business .
