Instock, clean,some employees were really kind but others were not.

I purchased four hoses for my above ground pool from the maple location on 6/13/24. I ended up only using three of them. I attempted to return the hose on 6/24/24 at the Maple location. While waiting for my turn some people in front of me paid cash. When i tried to do the return i was told the drawer with cash was locked and he didn't have the key, but i could do a store credit. I left unhappy since i felt like i was being conned. I was at the central location trying to return it and after taking all my info for the return i was told my receipt was no good and offered a store credit. I told the man i wanted a refund, not store credit. He informed me he would have to call his boss. After standing there for almost twenty minutes, i became disgusted. I asked them to just give me back my receipt, hose and left. It wasn't an expensive part, with tax, maybe eighteen dollars. It should have been a five minute transaction. The only reason i stopped there in the first place is i was driving by. Next time i will simply go to Ultra Modern

Do not give this company your business I paid $4,000 for an above ground pool and it is missing a part it has been over a month and I can't even get a call back and the people at these locations do not want to deal with it they send you straight to the manufacturer just buy it online since they refuse to fix anything themselves once they get your money. Horrible company I would give zero Stars if I could

I use them for testing my pool water and purchasing chemicals. They have very helpful staff if you have any questions about your pool. I never feel pressured to buy certain chemicals for the pool when they really aren't needed. The computer read out usually wants me to buy several things but guy behind the desk usually says the pool is fine without it or recommends much less.

My wife and I went to Leslie Pool Supply to purchase a hot tub and a cover for our pool. We needed the hot tub delivered but couldn't get a solid answer on getting that done. I received a call a week later stating that they would have another company deliver but it would be an additional charge, but by the time Leslie got around to answering my question, we had already purchased a tub from somewhere else and had it delivered and installed. I wish we had purchased our pool cover from someplace else as well. We had nothing but problems dealing with Leslie Pool. The pool cover changed price every time we talked to them. We paid in advance for the cover on December 5 with the promise that it would be installed by Christmas. At the end of January we had called a number of times and received a number of excuses why it wasn't installed yet. There was no communication with us or the manufacturer. The only reason we finally got results was because we had the charge removed from our credit card. A manager called and got involved. Phone calls with him were aggressive and uncomfortable. We did finally get the cover installed in February but we will not ever do business with them again due to the unreliability and rudeness of the staff.

My wife and I just bought a new house with pool and hot tub. I was prepared to buy supplies and service from this store for years to come. I walked in with a few basic questions about hot tub maintenance. The man working there was rude, hostile and unhelpful. I left and went to his competitor, Ultra Modern and got outstanding customer service. I suggest you do so as well.

First, I have been a long time customer there. But when I bought a 6 foot pool hose that was defective the manager of the store wanted to charge me $4.30 back for using store credit on the original sale. All I wanted was exchange for a bad part to a good part. I doubt that anyone will read this but there it is
