Clare and Jason made the entire process smooth. We have already gotten so much enjoyment out of our pool. I couldn’t recommend Waco Pool and Spa more! If you are thinking about a pool you won’t be disappointed in the quality of service they provide.

Excellent Dealer! Clare and her team are absolutely phenomenal to work with. We never felt like we were bothering them with the million questions we had when purchasing our new spa. Mrs. Clare helped us through the entire process of getting financing and was very patient with us. She was very accommodating to our needs and wants. After a ton of research we decided that Sundance Spas were the best quality hot tubs. There were closer options to our local area, but we really wanted a Sundance, because of the great quality they offer. Spas are expensive and we didn't want a throw away tub. After purchasing our hot tub, I would absolutely buy a Sundance again and wouldn't go anywhere else than buying from Mrs. Clare. I definitely recommend these people. Her staff were all very professional and worked their butts off when delivering and setting up our hot tub. I even tried to be myself and joke around with the guys. They stayed professional the entire time. They did everything they could to get our hot tub running correctly. I even offered to break down the trash and put it in trash bags. They insisted they take the trash with them. Very knowledgeable company. Very friendly. Very professional. Top-notch! Thank you to Waco Pool and Spa for a wonderful experience!

We had a great experience with Waco Pool & Spa. From the moment we walked in, the team clearly knew their products and took the time to explain everything about the jacuzzi we purchased. They answered all our questions and made the whole process easy. Delivery and installation went smoothly, and they were very clear about what needed to be done on our end so our electrician could prepare properly. What really impressed us was the follow-up after the sale. They checked in to make sure everything was working well and even sent us a thoughtful thank-you package. It’s rare to find businesses that still provide this level of customer service. We highly recommend Waco Pool & Spa!

I love my hot tub!! They educated me while I was looking, on the different styles and helped me pick the one that was right for me. They were professional setting it up and very good communication during the process.

I went to Waco Pool & Spa and I talk to Ryan and he was very helpful on helping me make a decision on hot tub that would be a great fit for me. The tub I picked was delivered as promised but it came in matted instead of glossy which was what I wanted and they had no problem in switching it out for the one I wanted. As a matter of fact I decided to upgrade it to a larger one. Every detail about the Spa was explained to me so that I wouldn’t have a problem controlling it. Everyone that I came encountered with was so professional and helpful and treated me and my wife with the upmost respect. Thank you to the whole crew at Waco Pool & Spa.
