As a newer pool owner I have a lot to learn - proper maintenance, type of supplies to buy, best products to choose, etc. Your employee, Nichole, was super helpful and knew her stuff! I had a couple big questions that she thoroughly answered while also handling other customers and answering calls (she was the only one working). Her patience and dedication really showed. I will be back!

Amazing customer service from Nicole truly above and beyond. I have an emergency situation she got the part ordered Tuesday night and is scheduled to be delivered Thursday one day earlier, then was she said, which is absolutely perfect. Thank you, Nicole. Maybe a new printer is in the works from the boss.
