I feel like 1 star is being generous. Google should consider a zero star and a negative star feature for businesses like this. I usually use the Winterhaven location (which is great) but occasionally I need to use this location. Every time that I’ve been here the wait time to place your order is exceptionally long. I waited 35 minutes to place my order on today’s visit. The sales staff are lazy, rude, unmotivated, and unhelpful. After I placed my order, I immediately drove around to the dock to pick up my items and was accused by their staff of trying to pick up items that I didn’t pay for even though I had just checked out moments before. I asked them to go up and see that I paid for them then they walked out unapologetically and tossed the items at me. The DMV employees are more helpful, more energetic, and more willing to do their jobs than the employees at this location. DO BETTER.
