Becareful doing business here! They sold us a defective item for over $300! Took the vacuum out of the box brand new and it's a faulty item! They refused to make it right!

I brought my vacuum into this store there was a single woman working helping 1 customer ahead of myself.. I had a credit card ready in hand to fork out $500.00 n a new vacuum. She then proceeded to help two new customers who wanted water samples done instead of helping us or the already customer that was in need of a large amount of sand carried out to her car… we left .. also they have zero repair people at this time so don’t bother bringing in anything that needs a tech..

I am in the store quite frequently and most of my experiences have been on the positive side. They are well stocked in the products I need and I have found myself interacting with Aaron the majority of the time. Aaron takes the time to answer any questions I have, test my pool water and provide me with a detailed report of what chemicals I need to add. I have cross checked his recommendations on a couple of occasions, nothing personal, just wanted to know how accurate his recommendations are. Spot on from what I have seen. That's why I keep returning to purchase the products I need for our pool. Keep up the good work Aaron, hope to see you managing the store soon.

Pulled up at 5:55 pm driving all the way across town after work. It was locked, we knocked and the lady refused to come to the door. She finally did and told us her name was Daniel and that she managed the store and her credit card machine was down. She said she wouldn’t take check or cash. I asked for the managers number and she said she was it. There was no one else to call. There were 2 customers standing by us wanting to purchase a product. Please stay open a little longer and accept cash.

Michelle is awesome. She has a wealth of knowledge and has helped me start to understand my pool chemicals much better.

Seriously helpful. We bought an above ground pool and had no idea where to start with chemicals. Jarad told us to take a picture of everything we have. Gave us a water sample bottle and said to come in and they will test our water for free. Jarad was amazing at explaining the different sciences to us and maintenance basics. Sold us everything else we realistically needed. Amazing. Will def go back.

I really like the store owner but the young female manger has always been rude and not helpful. We had a pool cleaner break in less than a year called the store they said bring it in we will look at it and can fix it in the store. Well the female manager said we would have to find the part ourself by a third party. I like the store when I can work with the owner but otherwise I wouldn’t waste your time if the young female manager is working she doesn’t care.
