I can't say enough good things about poolcare365! From the friendliness, professionalism and high quality of work. I had just moved into a new property and the pool equipment needed a lot of attention to say the least. Sheik came out the same day that I called to take a look. He took time to listen to what I wanted and provided an estimate the same day. Prices were very reasonable. This was not exactly a small job either! Sheik and Levi arrived promptly on the day we agreed to and got to work. The quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. It was a night and day difference from what it was before. I feel very good putting my trust into poolcare365 and I now have top of the line energy efficient equipment with the reassurance that they will be available to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommended!

I purchased a home with a pool that had several major issues — a broken pump, damaged filter, and leaks. I hate leaving bad reviews... But here’s mine. One star for communication. Can’t tell you about their work. Contacted Poolcare365 initially for pool repair work. They responded back right away. He let me know his guy would be out to access my pool that wk. Ff>>2 wks. Been over 3 wks since I’ve had any contact w Poolcare365. I left multiple voice messages as well as text asking for an update. No update, no callback, Nothing. Simply Unreliable. So there’s My 2 cents for how I feel and my experience w this company. So obviously taking my business elsewhere… Thanks. Here’s my 1 Star.

I am very happy with the work they did. They were responsible, fast, and always answered my questions. The pool turned out spectacular, and the process was much easier than I thought. I would definitely work with them again.

Shiek is the only guy I found to be responsive to my pool repair inquiry. He is honest and does good work. This alone makes him stand out from his competition. I will use him when needed going forward.

My pump needed to be replaced. Amazing service, very reasonable pricing, and highly skilled. Sheik is excellent at his craft and it shows. My pool has not run this good in years. I can’t say enough good things about Sheik and Poolcare365 . It’s refreshing to see a business owner that really cares about his customers .My pool pump needed to be replaced . I researched for a local pool company which I always prefer . Found Poolcare 365 . Called the number and Sheik responded right away which impressed me . He quoted me what I felt was a fair price and replaced the pump within a few days . The new pump had a few issues that required the manufacturer to get involved . Sheik was diligent in keeping on top of the manufacturer to get my issue resolved and kept me in the loop through the entire process . I’m glad to say all is ok now with my new pool pump .
