i when to this store i am pool profesional company the employee refuse rest a salt cell after told me he has the machine and the product to do the test only take 30 min to do it or so he give me 2 hrs waiting and pool store was empty no customer waiting bad service i will never go again on top he say you should go to other store if you don’t like this store there i was gone purchase a new cell this company need better customer service

We have had our 40,000 gallon pool for over 30 years and have tried other stores/services. Nothing compares to Texsun Pools, Cochrans Crossing, The Woodlands, TX…bar none!! Hoping Leslie Pools keeps it that way. T. Sznajder

Went to the front counter and the kid was wearing EarPods. I had to repeat myself 5 times on several things and I don’t know if he heard me after that. I kept telling him that I thought the PH was off the whole time. He told me the PH was fine. As I was leaving someone came from the back and the first thing they said was the PH was way off. What kind of people do they hire?. Rudest bunch I’ve ever met and have no idea what’s going on. I sent my wife there for a skimmer door . The guy said they don’t carry above ground pool stuff then proceeded to get rude with the next person! I guess I’m not buying my chemicals there anymore since they don’t work on above ground pools. Found the skimmer door on Amazon in less time than driving there and it also said it’s a standard size! They sell you what makes them the most money which many times isn’t what you need!

We have gone here for the last 5 years for our spa. We could buy chemicals cheaper on Amazon but you can’t get the good advice from the guys. Everyone there we have dealt with have been super friendly and helpful. We bought a very large salt water hot tub. It took awhile to get balanced correctly. After talking with the guys at Texsun, they broke down the pros and cons of a salt water spa and how salt water will damage pumps a lot faster. I switched back to just fresh water and bromine. Way better.

I have been using Texsun Pools as my supplier of choice for the past 10 or more years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Their first priority is working with customers, so they drop whatever task they are doing to wait on you. The store can get busy sometimes and there might be a little wait, but not long. They have most repair parts on hand if you do repairs yourself. They are also pretty fast in turning around pool cleaners left for repair.

Great people and great service. When Hurricane Harvey hit my pool was flooded with dirty water. My pool service told me it had to be drained and refilled. I had not been happy with their service for a while so I decided to do it on our own. I went to Texsun Pools in Cochran’s Crossing Center and discussed what and how to do it. They explained exactly what to add, when and how much. They have been doing my water test and recommending what to do every since.
