I just want to give the biggest shoutout to the team at Leslie’s Pools in Spring. Every time I walk in, they go above and beyond to help, no matter what I need. The staff is always friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to jump in and solve problems. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Kevin and Trey are great — they don’t just do the job, they make you feel taken care of. Thank you to the entire Leslie’s crew for being so helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. This store really has the best team. Highly recommend

I have been using Leslie Pools off of Rayford Rd for years & I am never disappointed with Kevin (GM) and his team! They are helpful in answering my questions or in helping me troubleshoot my pool problems! Recently they were able to fix my Polaris pool cleaner with minimal cost (only for parts) and it is working good as new! Thanks Kevin!

If I could leave zero stars we most definitely would. Today, we are most deeply upset about the customer service we received when walking into this store to purchase chemicals, as we usually do. A 6ft Caucasian man with blue eyes at the front, deliberately went put of his way to provide the worst customer service and yell at us when we attempted to give another customer a business card. When the customer kindly denied, we DID NOT push it. This employee yelled "dont do that at my store!" We have been purchasing chemicals for about 2 years from not only this location but various locations across Houston, and this type of customer service is completely unacceptable. He had the nerve to even threaten us to ban our account with Leslies. We have shared business cards before at other locations and have even had the opposite happen where the customers ask us for our phone number and/or business cards. An employee like him is NOT what this location should have representing them in store.

Kevin was awesome. He stayed over, helped me with my pump motor and educated me about pump care and options. Thank you Kevin.

Melvin and his coworker were so knowledgeable and provided top notch customer service!!! We recently purchased an above ground pool and knew nothing about what chemicals to use or how to maintain the pool. Melvin went in depth into what we would need to get started and what we need to keep the pool up. He tested our pool water and showed us what needed to be addressed. We will definitely be returning to this location simply for the customer service that was shown to us! Great job!!!

Called Leslie’s pool W Raford Rd location to see if they would tell me what is wrong with my Polaris. Spoke with Melvin and he told me it may take a week but I could bring it by and if it’s a quick fix he would get me squared away. Took to to the store and Melvin helped me right away, he was nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my Polaris on the spot. This is the first time that I have been at that location and felt like a valued customer. Thanks Melvin for your hard work.

Dropped off our pool vacuum several days ago and was told they would call me. I never heard from them so i called today and was told by Jay that nobody has even looked at it, but when they do they will call me. They could have told me days ago they didn’t have time to repair my vacuum, I would have gone somewhere else…my realtor is showing my house tomorrow and my pool is dirty.
