Extremely unhelpful staff came in for pH strips. Explained why I needed them. It wasn't for a pool grabbed the first ones I saw on the counter and instead of the staff explaining to me that I had grabbed triple test strips even though I told him all I needed was pH strips. They still sold them to me and let me walk out the door without saying a thing..... Some customer service.

Village Pool Supply started caring for our pool and spa after a couple of pool service companies fell short. It has been such a relief to have honest, capable folks maintaining our pool. They keep everything immaculate and service the filter on a schedule they track for example, so easy on our end. Very grateful to them for all our pool care and service.

Village Pool Supply folks are Rockstars. These guys are straight forward and honest. I had an issue with my in-ground spa heater and was unable to fix it myself. These fellows make it over within a few days, identified the issue (a pressure switch malfunction), replaced the part the same day, and off they went. All within 1 hour. The price for the pressure switch was $31.95 and labor $145.00. I had another pool heater person (no name provided) tell me that I had to replace the heater because it was outdated and not worth repairing. Estimate? Between $7,000.00 and $10,000.00. Village Pool Supply is the BEST! I bought a home in Santa Barbara recently and the pool had some problems .I had several pool companies come out and give me estimates which were all very high priced with complicated fixes like replacing the filter and/or heater to complete automation of teh system . All of these solutions would cost thousands of dollars . Then, I called Village pool Supply and the technician found and replaced the heat sensor in one service visit and everything worked after that. They also checked the condition of the pool and hot tub and gave me great recommendations on how to improve the upkeep of both.Their knowledge far exceeded their competitor and their prices are highly competitive so I had them take over maintenance of the pool and hot tub ever since only to to be continuing impressed with their honesty,professionalism and the character of the staff especially with the owner David I highly recommend Village Pool Supply for anything you want done with your pool or hot tub. They are literally the best pool company !

My aunt was having trouble with her pool, constantly having green stuff on the walls. After paying for algae treatments for years and years, I decided to call Village Pool Supply for her. They came over and identified the underlying cause of her problems. Within a couple of days the water was crystal clear and blue and the algae hasn't returned. They were very prompt, helpful, and didn't try to sell her anything she didn't need. If she wasn’t committed to her current pool guy, I would tell her to hire them in a heartbeat for regular maintenance.

Village Pool is great. Very knowledgeable, quick service, and reasonable prices. Greg in particular really knows his stuff. I'm the kind of person who normally finds all my parts and info online, but Village Pool is so good that I just work and order through them now. Highly recommended.
