I would not recommend this company. From the beginning, the experience was extremely unprofessional. Communication was poor, timelines were constantly missed, and a project that should have taken a reasonable amount of time dragged on for six months before it was finally declared complete. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. It has only been about a month since the work was supposedly finished, and I’m already dealing with leaks and other issues that should never happen with a brand-new pool system installation. After investing significant time and money, I expected quality workmanship and professionalism. Instead, I was left frustrated by delays, poor communication, and ongoing repairs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or quality pool work.

David has been cleaning my parent’s pool for the last two years and has done an amazing job. He is well versed in pool knowledge and the maintenance of pools. David owner of Aqua Pool Company is one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever hired. He was not a pushy sales guy, was responsive, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what he promised. I have worked with other pool services for repairs and had to chase them down to come do the work. I will absolutely call Aqua Pool Company again for any future repairs.

There’s just something about coming out to a nice clean perfectly maintained jacuzzi! I work most hours of the day and stand a lot. As soon as I get home I love to take a load off and relax in the hot tub and it puts my mind at ease knowing that my jacuzzi is going to be just right every time I want to use it! Thank you David for taking the time and making my life just a Little bit easier. 100% recommend his services!

I highly recommend to anybody needing repair or service to their pool or spa. I’ve used David to repair parts on my spa as well as treating my pool and had excellent results. He was informative on my questions and very fair in price.
