Only pool store I have ever gone to that has tested my water giving me what I need to put it in the pool and it works every time love them

Bought a pool from Ace in 2020 and installed in 2021. Not happy with the installation or trying to deal with the owner of Ace. (Second pool from Ace) To start the installer Rich did not use all stainless steel nuts, bolts and fasteners like the brochure says (rust on pool). Next, one end of the pool has kicked out, the bottom is very uneven where the steps will not lay flat and the liner holder is missing on about 2’ of the side wall. I have complained to the installer and the owner of Ace (Jean). He ordered the part that holds in the liner twice but i still do not have it (2 months gone by). Ace did send a guy out to check out the issues and he could see why I was not happy but could only give a report to Jean. (That did nothing) I have another installer that is going to fix the issues and will be videotaped and put on YouTube so everyone can see. Here are pics of some issues. First pool I bought 24 years ago was awesome. unfortunately they are just pushing sales with no service when things go wrong. Keep an eye on YouTube for the video. Buyer beware.

Great experience today working with Jeff! We are first time pool owners moving into a house with a pool and we were terrified how much a trip to the pool store was going to cost us. Jeff was super helpful, didn’t pressure us with anything and we left spending far less than we expected! Ace got lifetime customers after a 20 minute stop.

The team here is awesome. I started opening my pool in late July and found out quickly that was as dumb as it sounded. Kendall and Dominick worked with me and coached me through the painful process of getting everything back to normal with my pool. I would have thrown in the towel and given up without their help and support. I appreciate them and everyone else at Ace very much - you guys are the best.

Over the last couple of months they have gone above and beyond for my mom. They have helped her in so many ways and have been very understanding and cooperative while she learns how to take care of her pool. They’ve always been a staple in Chili, and it’s nice to see a company be so good to their community.

Excellent customer service from people who know what they are doing. Worked with the parts department; options explored and problem resolved. Had a new pump on my pool in less than 48 hrs.

Unfortunately the Henrietta store has closed. However, after working with Sarah at the Chili store, I will be putting in the extra miles to support them and the great customer service they (and she) provided to me. I am someone that price checks and looks at ratings on certain products. With that said, I have no issue maybe paying a "slightly" higher price for similar products that may be the same or misrepresented online. Support your local businesses and enjoy the professional experience that usually come with that. (Ace was "over the top" helpful)
