Ray's Swimming Pool and Supply

Made an appointment almost 2 months in advance. Took the day off work to make sure I was onsite to have a conversation about what needed to be done. Ray never showed, never called. It took multiple calls to the store to reach someone only to find out Ray was not planning to come out. They just forgot to include me in on that communication. Very frustrating.

I read reviews prior to reaching out for a pool liner replacement. Company never provided a quote or returned calls. I had to initiate several calls but ultimately never received a quote because the owner was more focused elsewhere and not on customer service. Company rep was very pleasant but the owner never followed up or provided a quote. Note: the attempts were made over a 4-week span and now they are booked into June.

When we needed help fixing a bad installation on our above-ground pool and couldn’t get anyone to come out and fix it for weeks, we decided to try to fix it ourselves. I don’t need to tell you money is tight right now so we definitely needed to save the money. We had a little trouble getting the kids out the door on time and knew we’d be arriving a few minutes after closing, so we called ahead to see if someone would be there who could help make sure we got the parts we needed and the know-how to do it. Ray himself along with his staff were there to greet us, and Ray gave us to most detailed instructions and all the pieces and info he could. Happy to say thanks to Ray my husband and I were able to successfully complete this DIY repair together (we are not usually handy folks) and get back to enjoying our pool! Thanks to everyone at Ray’s, I know I will be back for anything we need for our pool!

Poor communication Reason - we are very busy so no time to talk about service or material or price, you got quote so just pay your deposit and will work that’s it. That’s the attitude I got from them, seriously

Not able to get five stars at the moment... But just based on information and Alyssa helping me out in the store... Definitely a good place to go get information from. I'll know more at a later time..

Went in not knowing anything about my pool and having a hard time balancing the chemicals and finding the right products.. they tested my water and gave me detailed instructions and told me which chemicals to use and in what order. Within a week I was in great shape!! Tha KS guys!
