If you’re a new pool owner like me and trying to figure out who to trust—go with Apollo. And better yet, ask for Donavan. You. Are. In. Good. Hands. 🙌🏽 After my pool was opened, a few maintenance issues popped up the next day and I immediately assumed something was wrong. Donavan came back out right away (this was his 5th visit in a week), walked me through everything, and fixed the issue on the spot—even though it wasn’t related to the original job. That level of service matters. Hard to Come by these days. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares. I learned a lot just from that visit alone. Thank you again Donavan! 🙏

I just left here. After failed attempts at two store to find unique fittings for a koi pond fountain Apollo had everything I needed. They were quick to round up all the fittings and valves. They were knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way I understood. I’m not a plumber so it was very helpful to have a store I could see everything in person and lay it out and not have to pick through - bunch of bins at a big box store. When the need comes I will ALWAYS use these guys.

Called looking for a part that was out of stock. Joeseph gave me a couple of referrals. He called back offering to drive and go get the part same day. I had already acquired the part from his referral. I will say this company is 5 stars as they go above and beyond to service their potential clients. The customer service and professionalism exhibited by Joeseph was top notch. Apollo will be the first vender I call next time.

Hard to park, but a great shop. We’ve been going to a place on Hall for years? But Apollo was great and their prices better. They recommended a cheaper product than I was looking at and were very knowledgeable

The guys are great, they had all the parts I needed in stock, and no other SPL store had the same thing

We just had Apollo Pools install our new pool table and game table that we ordered in advance of moving into our new home. We couldn't be happier! They were helpful in sending samples so we could coordinate our design and were flexible with our timing on a new construction house. Building a house during Covid has been a challenge, to say the least. The Presidential line of products is fantastic! A very good value for the money. The installers took great care with the setup and installation. Everything turned out as I hoped it would. Very friendly and professional. After Freddy did a fabulous job opening our pool, Justin came over and thoroughly explained everything to us and was so kind and patient with all of our questions. He went far out of his way to come down and see us and assured us he was happy to do it. We now feel very confident managing the pool ourselves and know we can always reach out to them for help.
