Super fast response (made a phone call at 11 and had the expert at the door at 12) Very friendly and extremely professional conversation. Provided tons of knowledges on pool equipments, water quality, and even pge gas meter lol. Helped me great with understanding my pool! Unlike some companies who only care about selling products or services Also quite transparent about pricing on broken parts repair, filter replacement, etc Best pool service experience so far! *I saw a few bad reviews here. As a customer just like you, I want to say something. Taking care of a pool is more than just filling water and calling a cleaner every week… if you don’t actively remove debris, measure chemicals, and maintain equipments, your pool can go green or totally broken in a few days… unless you can hire someone to maintain your pool as a full time job 7 days a week, otherwise there are always some work for you to do as the owner…

We started with Ryan and Pleasanton Pool Center in July for monthly pool service. He seemed very nice. But as the month progressed, I found he would not return my phone calls or texts. He promised to do a water test and never did. I was told it would be "more convenient for both of us" if I would just take the water to Leslie’s. I paid for August and mid August, we decided to switch to another company. I have been texting and calling Ryan to get a refund for the last two weeks of August and like another reviewer, he has ghosted me. He will not take my calls, return my messages or text me back. I was really disappointed in his character. No morals or business ethics. I do not recommend this company.

The customer service at Pleasanton Pool Center is top notch. Ryan and his pool technicians are true professionals. They were able to answer all our questions as well as provide phenomenal service. I highly recommend using their services.

Ryan is a sweetheart and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has come to fix even our fountain at no extra charge. We trust him because he is always very kind and respectful and willing to help us the earliest. Thank you Ryan!

SOOOOO AWFUL!!! I found these guys after a very bad experience and THEN THEY became the WORST experience! They stopped showing up and kept sending bills. It was so bad we had to drain the pool and start over. THE POOL WENT TOTALLY GREEN! WORST EVER!!! Cost me $2000 +++ to drain and clean up their mess, had to pay $500 for start up chemicals. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! NIGHTMARE BEYOND!!! What is wrong with you?????? And I called over and over and they ghosted me! To this day...NEVER heard back! Really? Shame on YOU!!!

Don’t bother to drive here without calling first- they were closed at 11:50 am on a Friday. Hours are not posted.
