July, 1, 2022 During July 4 weekend cleaning up, I found that Leslie’s pool cover has even serious problem in addition to its warranty issue: Plastics cover will actually shatter into tiny pieces. They are very difficult to clean. Wind will blow them everywhere, land and water. It is environmental disaster. This kind of product should not be allowed in California. June 20, 2022 I bought a 5-Year warranty pool cover 19 Months ago. It already fell apart in less than TWO years. I brought my receipt and pool cover sample to store manager Kirsten. She said it is due to my water quality and anti-algae chemicals. She also said I am not supposed to put cover on all year round. I told them all I am doing is normal use. Nothing special. They rejected me anyway. Here is my remark: Just do not believe them. Their 5-year/7-year warranty are all fake!

She knew exactly what I need and asked follow-up questions to ensure that the pool heater selected will be a perfect fit due to size, location, and environment. Maria also told me with delivery with my order, since the first heater I sent back because it was damaged in transit She ensured that another one will be delivered and not to worry. A few days later another heater was delivered in perfect condition. Although It has not been installed yet due to other issues that are not Maria’s or Leslie’s P&S fault. I can't wait to swim through the fall out here in Ohio, Maria thank you for your speedy, and knowledgeable service!!

I had the best experience with Leslie's Pool Supply when I took my beat-up Polaris Pool Cleaner in for some work. Maria was great, she fixed it up and it works better than ever now. Thank you, Maria, for your fast, friendly service. I will be back.

Maria (Store Manager) has been incredible to work with. I recently had Alcor install solar heating panels. However, they told me "any" pump would work with their system, this is not true. After having Leslies install a pump I originally purchased online, I learned I had not bought an adequate device. Maria went out of her way to make sure I got the proper piece of equipment, she set up a reinstallation, and even facilitated a return of the lesser pump. I am super impressed with the customer service I received and can’t recommend the Pleasanton Leslies enough.

Dave Austin (the manager) has been absolutely AMAZING - he's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We've been going to the store since they opened this branch a few years ago, coinciding with when we had our pool replastered and went through a steep learning curve to get the water balanced and learn about programming our equipment. I have him on my speed dial and he's always been able to help and give me good advice on what to do to fix any problem. Like a good dentist, car mechanic, veterinarian....if he ever moves to another store location I will still call him wherever that may be.
