Pools N More

This is the "GO-TO" store if you want true "Pool Professionals"! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help you with everything that has to do with your pool. I usually go to have my water evaluated and then buy whatever they suggest to keep my pool in the best shape possible, but recently I had issues with my filter and Zodiac cleaner. Chris set me up with the perfect new "Filter Tank" and Shaq did an excellent job doing the installation professionally and in a timely manner. Exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this store and the entire team!

I have dealt with Pools N More for over twenty years. They are by far the best, from best priced chemicals, to a superb renovation project, conversion from chlorine to salt and on and on. Scott, Owner, I consider a friend for the way he has treated us, to John, store Manager and his wonderful support staff, Christopher, Joey, and now Frank. (I apologize to others I inadvertently overlooked.

Pools N More has a customer for life. One of, if not, the best customer service I've experienced. I felt welcome, seen, and heard. They provided a solution for the plumbing issue I was trying to solve. It was not even pool related but they had the part I needed. I do not write reviews and this is the first review I've ever written and most likely will be my last. However, they deserve it and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I highly highly recommend this pool store for anybody who is looking for a pool store to help them with their pool! The entire team there is extremely nice and helpful and the owner scott really values is customers and insures his staff provides exceptional customer support. As someone who has been in customer support himself for twenty years, I can say that these guys are doing it right and we'll have my business forever.

I was searching for a pool place that would be show patience with me as I now decided to clean my pool myself. I Googled and found Pools and More. When I met Joey I thought he was the owner's son because he showed care for the company and waa able to explain in " pool language" that I could understand. He was very encouraging . Scott, the owner, called later to thank me for doing business with them,I also received a card in the mail and points towards a discount for chlorine. At another visit I met Chris who patiently explained why a free loaner pool vac cleaner may not have worked. He scheduled me with Shaq who set up the free loaner vac cleaner ,for free, and my pool has never looked better. Shaq was knowledgeable as well.I am grateful to be a customer of Pools and More. Thanks guys!
