Curt provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed for my pool. He answered all of my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made the entire experience easy and stress free. There truly is no other place than North Hills Valley Pools! Jake is my go to! He is insightful, an extremely knowledgeable staff member, he goes that extra step for us and explains the why and why nots. Our pool is a fussy one! But he has had us running smoothly now for several years! We appreciate he and his Staff! And trust them 100%!

Jake, who I believe is the Manager of the Valley Pool & Spa at McIntyre Square could not be more helpful. He is knowledgeable and patient and we keep going back because of his customer service.

I had the worst experience here 3 years ago with the service department opening my mom’s pool for $400 and it being done so negligently -the ladder so wrong, the pump leaking and not maintained by the tech they sent… HOWEVER, the staff in this store are so dang helpful and nice and will take time to educate you on everything. I recommend talking to the staff in the store and doing the work yourself.
