Had been going to this place for over 28 years, the people that used to work in there were very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I went in to have a cleaner checked out that I purchased from them a couple of years ago. I soon as I walked in with the cleaner, his immediate response was, can't help you, don't have any parts. He wouldn't open it up to look, didn't ask for my information to see if it was under warranty, nothing. Customer service is a thing of the past. It was more important to continue his conversation with his buddy that was in there than to assist anyone Customer. Completely useless!

This was my first time shopping at this store, great service, good prices, and fast delivery, I'm very satisfied!

I come here for everything I need pool, the coaching, guiding and knowledge they have here is outstanding, and the pricing is fair I understand in this economy it’s going to be expensive however they manage to deliver quality products at a fair price. Thank you for the best customer service.

Would like to give them more stars but just can't. They're helpful but don't expect much more. If you ask to many questions its like your bothering them. Maybe your only allotted 3 questions.. The original owners were wonderful. We only go back because they will give you good advise. Just ignore the women with the doom and gloom faces. Yikes!!!

Family owner business is where we need to shop to make our community better... i love this place friendly, knowledgeable, best service and good prices. I love this business they are always there to help me out...I been coming to this establishment for so many years

No integrity! They should change their name to Ever-green or Never-Klear. Unavailable to help or answer questions. Rude when they did show up. When there were issues they were never available and then blamed us for the problems. Quoted us one price then charged us >2x what we had previously agreed on. When approached about the issues they again blamed us and then demanded we pay or they would take us to court. After looking around there prices and fees are almost double all other quotes we subsequently received. We also found that numerous people have had the same issues, poor customer service, providing a low quote then charging more than double and so on. They pride themselves on being the best and "they are worth the cost because you get what you pay for with us." Over priced, dishonest, difficult and no integrity. Some other words come to mind, but I cannot post those here.
