My name is Danny, and I own Strong Tower Pool LLC. I came to this store because I needed acid, and frankly, the service was terrible. The store manager was on the phone. I asked her the price of the acid bottles and told her I had an account with you. She checked and gave me the contractor price. I ordered two boxes of two bottles each and went to get my truck to park in front of the store. When I got there, I asked for a pen to break the tape on the box. She told me I had to take it with the boxes, and I told her I didn't need the boxes, just the bottles. The woman left, annoyed, to get a pen. I asked her if she had a problem with me and told her to leave it as is; I would take care of it. Honestly, as a customer, I don't think I deserve to be treated like that. I wasn't rude to her at any point. You should improve your customer service.

These guys are knowledgeable and always willing and ready to help with a smile and a always having such great attitude.. Very well mannered and courteous. To sum it all up "THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!" Most of all the service is ALWAYS consistent so I already what the experience will be when i get there . Which is usually always a good one . And for that reason I’ve been going there since 2,008 THANK YOU 😊

Inaccurate water test readings so to make you purchase unnecessary chemicals that will throw off your balances. Salt readings of supposedly 2500 ppm when my chlorinator shows above 3500 which is spot on and free chlorine at supposedly below 1 ppm when my CYA is @ 80. Rude lady. DONT GO
