Great experience with Continental Pool & Spa! Service was quick, on time, and very professional. I had both my pool and hot tub serviced, and everything looks clean and running perfectly now. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

We’ve had a great experience with Continental Pool and Spa! The continued service after the purchase has honestly been the best part. They’ve been super helpful with water testing and making sure I actually understand how to take care of the hot tub instead of just guessing. Carter has been awesome to work with always willing to answer questions and explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s nice knowing I can stop in anytime and get real help. Highly recommend them if you want support even after you buy.

We are seldom disappointed when a service team from Continental Pool arrives for an important pool project. Our new vinyl pool liner was installed this week and the crew included Jens, Scott, Glen, and Mel. The weather was very, very warm but the work was completed on time and the results were fabulous. Thank you to Continental for completing another great project for us!

My husband and I bought an incredible hot springs spa for our Omaha house. We have one in AZ so we knew we were getting a great product. The service we received from Emily was top notch including the electrician they recommended and the install. The best part was the recommendation on the cover. Yes it was a splurge item but it was so worth it!!! The privacy, the protection, the sealed cover and the security and peace of mind that if we left town, no one could get in without the key. We will never have a hot tub without the covana cover!!

I’ve had a Hottub for over 25 years and it was time for an update. I stopped at Continental and found an employee on their knees working on one of the Hottubs. I said to myself that’s the kind of person to help me. Emily was great. That night she explained the spas that I could afford and sent me a text message with info. I knew I had a hard sell with my wife so it would be a long while until I was able to purchase. 4 months later. We connected again with my wife. Long story short. They pulled out my old tub. Had the new one on the pad in about 30 min. With steps to go down and up. The install was perfect. I can’t remember it all. So Emily still gets a call every once in a while. The upgrade is well worth it. Needless to say. Had to try it out during the biggest snow Omaha has had this year.

We have had our spa for a week and it's been amazing. Everyone has been great to work with. Highly recommend the Envoy and Continental.

We recently switched to a Hot Springs from our old Cal Spa and wish we would have done it way sooner! The Moto-Jet is amazing 10/10 would recommend. Carter also explained the benefits of using saltwater and the IQ system, and the maintenance has been way easier than our old tub. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.
