Had to have an Omni upgraded board and cell replaced today. Tech Jay Fincher did a professional job and was able to answer all questions on how to use the new system. Thank you for getting our pool back up and running

My technician Devyn with the Aqua Shop is Top Notch. He is always there Thursday morning before I go to work and answers questions from time to time when I need help with the pool. Devyn, always makes sure he vacuums every week, does the chemicals, and locks the courtyard door before he leaves. We’ve been with the Aqua Shop for almost 4 years now and we are very happy. A total value, and all I have to do is swim and enjoy. Worth every penny!!!

I want to give a BIG shout out to Steven Herring for being the best pool tech that anyone can get to do weekly service on their pool. Steven is very polite, kind, respectful, hardworking and reliable. Whenever I bring anything to Steven’s attention about the pool, the control panel or the equipment he listens very carefully and will either attempt to handle the matter himself or if he can’t, he will contact the office to get us the help we need. My husband and I look forward to seeing him each week as we know our major investment is in the best hands with Steven. Steven is a MAJOR ASSET to the Aqua Shop team so thank you for hiring him.

Everyone I worked with at Aqua Shop was amazing! Tia made sure the entire process was easy and was very responsive. And Antonio and AJ did a great job. I was especially impressed with AJ! He was personable, gave me great guidance, and very patient with all of my many questions. I also appreciate how proactive he was. Overall, the process was great and I would definitely recommend Aqua Shop.
