Working with Tyler to diagnose and repair our pump leak was seamless. Past experiences with other companies were a nightmare by comparison. Tyler was professional, highly knowledgeable about the products and clearly explained 3 different options to fix the issue. His open, honest communication and quick responses were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him and Pinch A Penny, I won’t go anywhere else for my pool needs.

I had an amazing time at Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa. The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff. They really took their time to answer all my questions. They made everything so simple and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Their customer service was top-notch, and I walked away feeling sure that I was getting the right products and advice. I definitely recommend them to anyone in search of quality pool and spa supplies along with great service!

I saw this was a new business and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I REGRET it. I hired them to clean out my hot tub that needed a new filter and water to be changed out. I wanted my hot tub to be cleaned and ready to go. The service technician was nice, but I will not be using this company again. All of the dirt and sand is still in the hot tub after their service. The hot tub cover and the rim surrounding the hot tub are extremely dirty and were not cleaned. (I’ve had another company do the exact same service, and it was sparkling clean afterwards.) (I do not expect anything for free. I was trying to give a new company a chance, and I won’t make this mistake again.) I have included pictures to show the remaining debris in the hot tub and how I had to clean the inside and outside cover to get it ready.)

Exceptional service and repair today. Our Technician was Tyler. He let us know he was heading over. He diagnosed our heater issue and handled the repair onsite. He also went through our system and settings. He found some issues and he also fixed them onsite. I feel he did a much better job today than the pool builder did. I learned more about our system and settings today than the Builder’s "Pool School" provided. The system is running perfect now. And has never had the correct settings until Tyler went through the entire Pentair system. We appreciate Pinch-A-Penny and the field services they provided. Very pleased and recommend them highly if you live in the NB area.

Pretty awesome service! Called pinch a penny for repair when my filter started leaking after the last freeze. Daniel (the owner) came over the same day to take a look and to give me a quote on repairs. Unfortunately the filter had cracked and needed replaced but Daniel gave me what I feel was a pretty good deal for replacement and install. Just had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Rosh (the fixer). This guy is amazing, he had the old filter out and replaced in no time. After he was done he took the time to explain why my old filter probably wasn't doing such a good job. Would definitely recommend these guys if you are having any issues with you pool!!

I cannot say enough great things about Pinch a Penny Pool services. Tyler is their "fixer" for them. ANY service issues he's spot on! He keeps are equipment at tip top performance. During the recent freeze I noticed the equipment didn't come on as it should. I called him in a panic (on a Sunday and he answered) he walked me through how to bypass till he could get out and see what was going on. Who does that??? Tyler! I can't thank him enough. I also want to give a huge shout out to Davide...he's our weekly maintenance man who is always on time; is consistent with the testing and chemicals. He keeps our pools sparkling. I love them both and am so pleased I found such a great company to care for our pool. ONE LESS WORRY! THANKS, Julie

Tyler is awesome! We are new to pool ownership and he has been such an amazing resource to have access to. His service of our pool has been fantastic. He’s extremely professional and has been great with communication. I’m so glad Pinch A Penny has him on their team!
