We bought a hot tub from this company several years ago, after trying it out in store! Wonderful experience! Even when the motor went out in our spa, they quickly came, replaced it and we haven’t had a problem since. We did purchase the warranty. Have never had problems with service technicians or sales office just absolutely wonderful experience and people. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and they have all the supplies you need to maintain your spa, a great selection from 1-10 person spas, and they are locally (NB) owned.

NB pools is top notch. Their staff are very polite informative and knowledgeable in all areas of pool and spa related things. Made an appointment to have my heater checked for my hot tub and spa combo. Amber was a delight to speak with and even called me back closer to my appointment date to get me a sooner appointment. Two techs (Shawn and I’m sorry I forget the other guys name) actually came out and both of them were very polite and prepared to discuss all concerns I had as well as work up quotes for everything I wanted and needed done. Both techs were better than I could’ve expected.

From the initial design consultation through the final touches, they were always there to answer questions and address concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the project. The entire team we worked with was fantastic. Joey in sales helped us design exactly what we wanted. Superintendent Brian brought that design to life. The equipment and automation installation from Josette was flawless. The owner Keith was very involved and stayed in touch throughout the build. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. The attention to detail put into every aspect of the project is impressive, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Overall, I highly recommend New Braunfels Pool and Spa to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly skilled swimming pool builder. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Five stars all around!
