Customer friendly service - AWFUL. Front desk female is not very friendly and always looks upset being there. A friendly smile wouldn’t hurt. She reminds me of my child being upset because they have to do chores. Returned a pool cleaner. She stated that they normally don’t accept returns on pool cleaners once they hit the water… hmmm guess you won’t know if it works properly. However, if you follow the website on the receipt for Leslie returns, it CLEARLY SAYS FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGES but I guess they don’t go by that website on their receipt. . I think I’ll travel a little bit to get better customer service.

Talk about unfriendly... Lady, you just work there, you don't own the place. Try being a little less robotic with your responses, even if someone comes in to be a resource for your business/customers. Listening, comprehending, genuine friendliness is a big part of customer service. Being surly isn't. When someone extends their hand to shake yours, don't look at it with an "ugh" look like you'd rather not because it's not an immediate sale. It very well could be at some point. Also, when a customer walks in, try turning around to greet them instead of projecting your voice and hoping we know it was you. We don't know that you're the only employee in the store.

This particular location has not been my favorite. There’s a woman that works there that is always extremely rude and impatient whenever you have questions. When I arrived today to get items, the doors were locked after their opening time. I stood outside for five or so minutes and she kept making eye contact through the windows without opening the door. I finally knocked on the door asking her to open, and she just shook her head and pointed at the computer. Didn’t even take the two seconds to come and tell me why they weren’t open.

My husband went in 3 different times to buy products and brought in water samples to check water. All 3 times, the same rude woman not only was unhelpful but criticized everything he had done and kept cutting him off everytime he started talking. He had never received this kind of treatment at Leslie's Pool and we will be taking our business back to NB Pool.

Don't shop this location unless the assistant manager is here. The General Manager has zero customer service skills. I brought in a $500 order from a quote that emailed to me yesterday. Instead of taking the information and placing the order she just started telling me what she didn't have and how wrong I was up until the point that she asked me to leave because I complained about her customer service skills. That's fine , I was trying to help out local business but I can order from supply warehouse and avoid the hassle. I only gave a one because zero is not an option

I love this place! They will not sell you materials you don't need.

Walked in, got what I Needed and walked out Happy.. Customer Service was Great and sales associate was well Knowledgeable to where Item I needed was at.
