American Sale - Naperville

Nos atendieron muy bien y los baños están muy limpios nos encantaron los arreglos de Navidad las albercas y hay un gran estacionamiento y bastante personal para atender

Me encanta este lugar en especial la epoca navideña el problema es q cada vez tienen menos artículos navideños

We went to the Naperville location just to "browse" at patio furniture. No intention at all to purchase anything. We had questions about a set and ended up having the most pleasant conversation and experience with our sales rep Tony (G)! He was very kind and patient and explained all different options available to us, options that we didn’t even know were possible. He gave us his time and complete attention even when we weren’t even sure we were buying or not. Ultimately, we decided we really liked Tony so much that we wanted to purchase our furniture from him so we just decided to go ahead and do it that day. We walked out of the store feeling very happy and refreshed, just from the experience had with Tony. Normally, when you make a big purchase like that, you just want to get out and get it over with. Not in this case at all! We walked out of that store from a totally stress-free and enjoyable experience and it is all because of Tony! We will definitely be only going back to this location for all future purchases. Everyone there was so friendly! You don’t get that too often anymore. It was nice to be around people that seemed to like their jobs and wanted to be there! You also never felt any pressure by sales person following you while you walked through the store like some other places. Way to go manager Sean!

I had such a fantastic experience thanks to John B. at American Sale! He was truly amazing – he took the time to really understand what I was looking for, showed me around, and even made some excellent recommendations that ended up being perfect for me. His advice was really helpful and made my whole visit so much better. Highly recommend! And let’s not forget Alondra, she was so helpful and friendly, checking me out and making sure I was 100%.

This is our 3rd time shopping at American Sale Naperville. (We have now purchased 2 patio furniture sets and a Christmas tree there). It's been a great experience every time. Our first patio set outlasted its life expectancy, but it is time for new. We got a beautiful new set (table, 4 chairs, umbrella base, and umbrella). The sales manager, Jon, was excellent in helping us put together what I had in mind. The other teams members were helpful as well. It was delivered today, and the team were professional gentleman; white glove service, assembling our table with great communication and care.

This place is excellent. Earlier in the week, my husband visited to look at a hot tub and worked with Shawn, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we returned, Shawn was unavailable, but we had the pleasure of working with his manager, John. He was absolutely outstanding—he took the time to understand all of my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. He was also incredibly accommodating to our family, allowing our children to play in the trampoline and look around while we talked and explored our options. John explained everything clearly and even took the time to answer questions from our older child, which we truly appreciated. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend working with either John or Shawn. They both provide exceptional service.
