I spoke on the phone with Tina about my Polaris vacuum not working. She said to bring it in so she could give it a look. A few days later it was cleaned and fixed. It now works as if new. Tina was always nice during the process. Even though I did not purchase the vacuum from them, I was not charged for the service. Thank you, Tina and Leslie's Pool, for your professionalism and kindness!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Nita Robison, the assistant manager at Store 85 in Mountain View, for her exceptional customer service! I was looking for a specific part for my Raypak gas heater, and while other stores wouldn’t take the time to help, Nita went above and beyond. She patiently worked with me, made several phone calls, and found the exact part I needed. I had the pleasure of personally dealing with both the manager and assistant manager at this store , and I can say they are both outstanding, kind, and truly dedicated to their customers. Highly recommend this store for their excellent service!

Leslie’s pool in Mountain View is all time best customer service and care received so far. Starting with Jessica, the manager, who is very knowledgeable, calm, patient and understanding. She is super helpful and always has great advice with all pool Products and equipments. Tina, Best equipment technician super customer service, sweet and an expert in fixing pool equipments. Jessica and Tina are an amazing team!! I bought a pool robot cleaner and had some issue with it, not only did they help with the problem, they were also very patient and explained the issue and have tips to help in the future. Their follow up was timely. Hands down, five stars every step of the way.

We got our free water testing here and bought all our chemical from this place. We had great experience with the staff. They honor the coupon when I asked. Took my teenage son here to inquire about summer job and the manager was super proffesional and answer his inquiry. He wasn't old enough to apply but so happy that she treated him so kindly. Great store to have in our community.

Had a bad experience with service rep. Complained to corporate and was ignored. Spoke to store rep and the district manager called and fixed the problem. I was leaving this company but after this response have decided to stay with this company. Late January wife and I encountered a very upset and rude manager at a location that can't train or maintain staff, opens late and barely functions. The manager, who never returned a requested call about a product, was nasty to my wife and provided no service or reply to my request to call me. It is obvious to me that the company can't fix this stores ongoing problems. They also don't care about me as a customer, so you have lost me as a longtime customer.

I strongly advise to not use this company. The person who came to do $180 inspection of my pool equipment did not explain anything at all, did not know how to turn my solar heating, did not know how to set up two schedules (one for pump and one for cleaner), tried to sell me $3,000 worth of equipment stating that mine was broken but refused to provide a report in writing what was broken exactly and left. I am in process of reporting Leslie Pool Supplies to the Better Business bureau. I advise to not ever use their services. They don't contact their business using honest and knowledgeable professionals.
