I had Skipper to do a complete restoration of my pool. First of all, I am very pleased with the results of my pool. His complete staff are professional & respectful. Service after the sale is second to none. I would definitely recommend this company to do your work. I tried to get them to come back to fix the liner and they said they didn't have the man power to come fix it. They had the manpower to get my money but didn't have it to fix what should not have come loose in the first place

I visited Skipper for the first time this summer to price liners and ending up buying from them. The whole experience with the liner install was nothing less than excellent! Service in the store has been superior. I am now servicing my own pool with what I've learned from them in a few short weeks. They have a customer for life.

I had a motor installed, at that time I was told it was an electrical issue. However, it was the motor the whole time. Now, my warranty is up as a result of being told it was electrical issue. Therefore, I have been going back and forth with electricians. I’m being punished for taking the word of the company and that’s my fault. Proof below

Super customer service! If you're looking for friendly, fast, professional work, look no further. The price was fair and actually better than most of the quotes I got. Our pool liner looks amazing. UnfortunatelyU it took us additional $ to get the pool chemicals balanced after they added the chemicals, so I was a bit disappointed about that, but I'm not sure if it had anything to do with all the rain we got. Great company with fair prices.

Skipper Pool replaced my pool pump motor. Technicians were very professional and polite. Pump runs great. This is not the first time I have used Skipper Pools for repairs. Very satisfied with the service.

This place is terrible. For over two months they have been sending teenagers to service our pool. Our pool looks like a dirty pond. After testing it personally, the ph levels were wacked and the chlorine levels were low. Everytime we addressed it with them, they came off rude and tried to blame their bad service on my 75 year old mother. I've never seen a pool look like this ever in my life. Don't use them. On top of doing a terrible job they are rude and condescending to their clients DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS #SKIPPERPOOLSBLOWS

Unpleasant experience. Will never do business with them again. Poor customer service will not cultivate you a loyal following especially in this competitive economy. I should have listened to my neighbors about your less than average customer service. Amazon, here I come again after a fail trying to support a local business.
