Leslie's Pool Supplies

Leslie’s service department is terrible! We spend thousands of dollars with them to convert our pool to a salt water pool and had a pool heater installed. 1 year later the t-cell broke and they want to charge us min. $165 for someone to come out and tell us if it’s covered under warranty. If you are looking to upgrade your pool or get service down get it done at any other business that stands behind their warranty.

This Leslie’s Pool location consistently claims that they are unable to test water samples, which is frustrating and inconvenient. Each time I visit, there seems to be a different excuse—whether it’s an issue with their equipment. Reliable water testing is a key service, and it’s disappointing that this location cannot consistently provide it. I’ve had better experiences at other Leslie’s locations, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

This Sieanna location is superb! In this day and age you can buy most items online but when I walk into the store THEY REMEMBER MY NAME! How awesome is that. A store with that level of service deserves my business. They have all the supplies I need and the knowledge to recommend what I need. I had a pool service but was not satisfied with what they were doing. I went in to Leslie's and they helped me learn how to do it on my own. Great place with knowledgeable staff.

Not the least expensive place to purchase chemicals...yet, the staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and solid customer service professionals. Additionally, the company provides a wonderful "free service": if you bring them water sample from your pool, they will analyze it, on-the-spot and free of charge, then provide a printout of the results, which they explain to you. Of course, the printout makes product suggestions - fair enough - so you can immediately address any issues with your pool. Helps the company offers discounts for repeat customers, as well as a secondary discount for Veterans and Servicemembers. As a DAV, I am gratified by their acknowledgement. All-in-all, a positive experience...keeps me coming back!

I really appreciate this Leslie's Pool Supply location. They have a great employee named Ike that always tells me exactly what I need, but never more than I need. He is always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I'm looking for, including advice!

This store is the worst Leslie's I have ever been to. The lazy staff is rude and lazy. Been many times and will never go again. The last straw was when I left my Polaris pool cleaner to be serviced. It was the almost 2 weeks and I ended up pulling it from them because they had not looked at it. Walked in 2 times during that period to find the lazy staff on there cell phones saying they were too busy to look at the 5 cleaners they had waiting. Leslie's is over priced and not worth the time. Get supplies and services elsewhere. I'm done with Leslie's.

Mr. Ike is the man to talk to. He will never steer you wrong, he knows the pool industry, and he will never tell you to spend money that you do not need to spend. His small staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will go nowhere else.
