It's refreshing to get to a spot where honesty and integrity still resides .recently went to another Pool store and got my water tested I was told I needed a bunch of stuff. I went to Crescent pool to consult and the representative was so honest... he wouldn't sell me anything until he tested the water himself. When he tested the water he realized that I did not need all. In my mind he could have just sold me what ever but you can see where the sincerity in Crescent is leading me back as a transferred customer. It just feels right and the service is on point...
Brian is the best! I don’t trust the other pool stores all they wanna do is sell chemicals!
