I have been extremely patient with this company.I ordered a power cord for a power vacuum and caster.Wheels for a power vac.I never received the items so I reached out for a refund. They started to process my refund and then cancel it after 14 days of me. Waiting. Now i'm just out five hundred and eighty dollars and can't continue with my business.Due to the fact that it is small.I have done everything I can to try to get my money back kept the communication done.Everything they said and i'm just highly disappointed in how they run things.I also called and the spanish lady.That answered the phone basically just hung up on me.I'm drained and just surprised that a company would even do this.And I also wonder how many people have they really done this too

I called DG Pool Supply to check on my pool heater and they came to my house the same day I called. It turned out my heater was not worth repairing and I chose to purchase a new Rheem heater from them. It was all done on the very same day. I am extremely pleased with the service provided and how prompt and efficient everything was done. I highly recommend this company!
