I have had three occasions in the past two years to deal with this company. these included repairs and warranty Obligations. these people are extraordinarily helpful and the fact that you can drop off and wait for repairs is awesome.

I don't like to leave unfavorable reviews but I don't like being lied to either. I have used this shop on and off for the past 20 yrs and unfortunately they are one of the few repair shops that work on these pool vacs. I tested my unit before bringing it in and confirmed that I needed new drive belts and bushings. I sat in the waiting room as they pressured 3 customers before me with expensive repairs and "deals" for new units. When it was my turn the told me that my vac needed a new cord, drive motor, belts and bushings for a total of $660. I told them no, it just needs the belts and bushings and the gentleman got vey annoyed. He argued with me for a bit and lowered the price to $440. I said no and he rolled his eyes telling me he 'was trying to work with me' BS, he was just trying to work me over. I have to say that I was prepared for this treatment because they do this EVERY TIME. He tapped on his phone and showed it to me, "This is the best I can do, I'm trying to help you out" $360. I took my Aquabot home and replaced the parts with my daughter. It works perfectly and cost about $40 in parts. I am happy to pay a fair price for honest work but this business is anything but fair and honest. They're liars and hustlers, don't get pressured and duped.

This equipment is a complete scam, and the company should be ashamed. They advertise a 2–3 year warranty, but here in New Jersey, the device is only used for about 2 months a year. The worst part is that after 2 years, it starts having problems — even though it’s been used for a total of only about 6 months. There’s only one repair center in the entire state, so I had to drive an hour just to drop it off. When you take it in for repairs, the costs are extremely high, and instead of fixing it at a fair price, they offer to "upgrade" you to a new model for an additional $1,600–$1,800. This is unacceptable and feels like a way to force customers to keep spending money. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Don’t forget that they just have one reaper center in NJ and you have to drive to them.

Miguel walked right out to my car without me even calling him so I wouldn't have to lift the robot out of the trunk myself. Frank was so kind on the phone. In all I was in and out in under half hour with robot in hand.

I recently found out the old repair center in Cedar Grove went out of business and i needed a repair done on my AquaBot Elite. So I found this place online as the other repair depot for AquaBot products. The experience absolutely worth the ride for me. I dropped off my Robot and within 25 minutes the owner came to me and explained everything that was wrong with the unit and more. He had all parts in stock and with in 24 hours repaired my pool robot and at an extremely fair price. I would recommend using them for everyone. I was concerned about some of the 1 star reviews but after my experience I was compelled to leave them a 5 star review.

They lost my machine. I called numerous times they told me it would be ready. When I went 3 days later to pick it up, I realized something was not right. An employee finally told me the can’t find my Aquabot. Finally the owner came out after a half hour and said they had not repaired it yet, if i could come back tomorrow. Also be warned of their pricing. No repair is cheap.

I have to go back again to have my pool bot repaired. It's under warranty but less than a couple of days of use and it's breaks down again. Either I need a new one or they genuinely can't fix it but they should know this and not try to fix it. Having to go back and forth, this will be my third time and it's frustrating. Hopefully 4th time is a charm?
