Called to get a RayPak heater and asked for something close in stock. She first couldn't help me because she was "in the back". Then I guess i force her to walk to front to look. She could only look up sku and couldn't help me. Amazing. Zero help. If I knew that I can order myself online. Go somewhere else

I wanted to say the young lady that helped me today , Chloe was so helpful . She told me exactly what I needed to clear up my pool. I also wanted to add she was working alone and had other customers waiting their turn and a "karen" was very rude to her and jumped ahead of several other customers insisting she get assistance immediately. I felt so sorry for the young lady working. Its hard to keep a smile on your face when dealing with rude people. I also want to add -I followed her instructions that she had written out for me and it worked ! My pool is ready for the 4th ! Thanks to chloe. Keep your head up young lady. Not everyone is rude.

I came in today to purchase a Hayward salt cell replacement. Over $1000 purchase. Your young female employee was not helpful. Said you didn’t have it and the website shows 3 at this location. She did not call any manager for guidance, told us we needed to come back tomorrow. Frustrated and disappointed at the service.

Knowledge is great. Pricing is okay. Personality and friendliness needs work.

Our company needed urgent help with pool supplies, and the General Manager, Ron, went above and beyond, truly a one-man powerhouse. He worked faster and more efficiently than four 22-year-olds combined, all while keeping a calm, professional demeanor. It’s rare to see someone so invested in their job. You’d honestly think he owns the place with how much pride he takes in his work. Every time we have visited the store is spotless and organized. Unlike other locations! Ron helps multiple customers at once, ran water tests like clockwork, and somehow managed to make every person feel heard and taken care of. He even helped diffuse tense situations with grace. His work ethic is unmatched, and his energy is inspiring. He really needs more help year round. It’s sad how hard he has to work due to staff shortages. They simply don’t make people like Ron anymore. He deserves a raise for sure. We’ll definitely be coming back—and telling everyone we know to do the same.

Overpriced. also refused to sell me a gallon of chlorine, only whole cases. well I have a hot tub and chlorine goes bad over time, so are hot tub owners just not welcome?
