I had a wonderful experience with Townley Pool and Spa. I called needing a technician, and someone was at my home within just a few hours. Harold was the technician who came out—he was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my hot tub, and even took the time to teach me several helpful things about maintaining it. Service was professional, but they never addressed my issue. My heater wasn't working. They came out, told me they had to replace my control board. $1,400 after, I have a new control board, and my heater still doesn't work. Neither do my lights or my water features. Asked them to come come out and reprogram them. Came out, added my features, but not my lights. Had to fix it myself. They gave me another quote for my heater. another $1,500 to replace the blower. The blower worked fine. Turns out it was a $20 igniter I bought off online and replaced myself. I could have spent $3,000 with these people to never address my problem and reduce my app functionality, but thankfully after my first encounter, I thought twice. I'm sure they're great at selling products. Service is one in their core competency, sadly. Also. Despite their response, they never fixed my salt cell. You can see in the pic they never got it working. Even though they are lying about it here. Very gross. Furthermore, those ‘no charge’ visits were after you replaced my board. Picture of the quote attached you say doesn’t exist. And you had to come back because your installed didn’t connect the heater to the new board. Hence it being in remote. I can’t tell if this is just incompetence or malice

These folks couldn't Supply me with the part I need it for my pool but they helped me by pointing me in the direction to get the part I needed. They were extremely friendly extremely nice people to work with. Even though I didn't make a purchase in their store they were still happy to help me. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing help with their pool

I recently purchased a used 5 year old Hot Spring tub (private sell). I needed some supplies and a part so we visited the store and met David Townley. He was very helpful with helping me understand how the hot tub operates and how to handle maintenance of the tub. A few days later we finally ran power and got our tub up and running. There was an active error code that I had to begin troubleshooting. My "expert" YouTube videos led me to believe I needed to replace the heater. I emailed Mr. Townley to ask for pricing a new heater, which he promptly responded and provided (on a weekend during his personal time). Shortly thereafter, he gave me a call to recommend another method to address the problem. His recommendation worked on our tub now heats! He could’ve easily just profited by selling us a new heater. Instead he helped resolve a problem to save ME the money. As a newcomer to the spa world, Mr. Townley has earned my business for life. The extent of his customer service is hard to find in today’s world. I can’t rate Townley Pool and Spa high enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you!!!

From the first time we walked into the store through installation of our new hot tub, the Townley folks were wonderful. Dana showed us the diferences in all the spas, and explained everything perfectly. Once we decided which one we wanted, they kept it for us until our construction was complete. Tom and James brought the tub to the house, installed it and showed me how to operate it. Townley sells quality products and makes it easy to use them. If I could give10 stars I would.

I have used Townley Pool exclusively for well over 25 yrs. The whole team is incredible! They have helped out in all sorts of issues. The best one was the day I turned my father-in-laws pool water purple. They had it figured out and back to clear water in less than 24 hrs.
