Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Gassshhh this company has been cleaning our pool since we put it in 2 years ago. I have calcium build up in 1 spot and the guy never cleans the pool good. I’ve had to call a couple times for different issues and if it’s not one thing it’s another. My pool isn’t even big! Terrible job. Don’t recommend, currently looking for a new pool cleaning company.before they say they have no record of me as a client it’s because the account is in my fiance David’s name. The couple times I called the people I talked to were nice( just like others have said) but that’s not helping me with the clean pool.

Pool was serviced on Monday, and this is how it looks on Thursday. They refused to come out when we requested. Absolute bad customer service and will not recommend.

This is a horrible company! The second time they came out to clean my pool nothing was cleaned! No vacuuming no chemicals not anything done! Called the owner he told me they didn’t have to clean it at all it looked good! Paid for a month and now there just making money off of me! Hsd to cancel pool service ask for refund he blew me off!

Love this Place. If I could give them more stars I would. My pool was looking pretty grim going into summer. They gave me two options. Have one of their pool maintenance people come out or explain how to and do it myself. I'm a hands on type of person so I had them explain everything to me and 6 days later my pool was as clear as could be. I was extremely proud of myself and happy with the knowledge they gave me. Anytime I have a question they've got the answer. I go in for regular maintenance needs and before I can get the words out their already grabbing what I came in for. I would 100% recommend this company and will be a life long customer.

Bad attitude, aggressive behavior towards my mother.(thanks steve llang) And poor accounting skills to the point of thinking we are trying to steal from him. The work done was acceptable at best. A D.E. mess was left that could damage cement sidewalk. Just avoid these people. Update: had pool fixed by integrity pool repair, and learned you people installed the chlorinator backwards. That's why the pool was green and the filters went black again. It seems you are unable to fallow a directional arrow.

Great owners, great workers , great products and great prices! Locally owned! These people are always so kind and helpful. I never feel they are trying to sell me any unnecessary products - unlike other pool store. I feel they genuinely care about their customers! Glad we made the switch to Pinch a Penny!

Steven and Libby are true good neighbors when it comes to all your pool needs. I recently went in needing a new pool cleaner. They gave me several options and found me the right one. I also had an issue with a pool light. Not only did they find a solution for getting my pool lights fixed they also did the Installation. Excellent communication and exceptional service!!!
