This location is the best for me and my pool needs. I have been coming here since it opened a few years ago. Vito & Earl always take great care of my equipment when repairs are needed. I trust them and they work in a very timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and courteous, which I appreciate so much. I always know that whatever my need is, they will have an answer or solution. I recommend this location and the guys working here. I am always totally satisfied

Pool pump went out and Leslie's had it in stock, along with impeller, seal kit, sealant and lube. Got it up and running (after sealant dried) in a "New York minute"- They also had a badly needed check valve in stock, to boot, for about $22, after an instant $20 earned reward!!! Another "happy camper"!!!!! 🙂

MY WIFE WENT IN TODAY AND WILLIAM W WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WAS BEING SHORT WITH HER AND WALKED AWAY AS SHE WAS ASKING FOR HELP FINDING A FEW ITEMS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Great staff however wish they open at a normal time for business rather than 10am.

Is the test FREE or do i have to buy chemicals from you? I need to charge Lesilie's gas money. Your chemicals are priced high. Let see: a bag of shock $10 or a bag shock $6 @ walmart. Duh?

Had a service man come out on July 13 2017 for a leaking filter. Parts for the system had to be ordered from Hayward and the service man did so before he left my house. After more than two months of phone calls and promises to check on the delay the filter was finally repaired/replaced on September 25. I've used Leslie's before, and in fact they are the ones who installed the system about three years ago. To say that I'm unhappy is an understatement.
