I had my hot tub serviced today by Imperial Pools, closed it down for the winter, Drained and shrink wrapped. These guys were superb. Jonathon, the Tech who was out, was thorough friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided!!

This company offers a 20 year Warranty on their 27/20 liners.We installed an in the ground pool 6 years ago. At the 5 year point our liner had hundreds of small holes above the water line, it was actually decomposing. We were elated when we were told they would cover 50% of our new liner cost, that is until we found out their terms. This company marked the pool liner up to retail/double and then told us they would cover half. The problem is, the man installing the liner can get it for far less. When our pool man tried to order the liner they said it was an agreement between the customer and them and they would not honor the warranty if he was involved-because he paid whole sale prices. They also made it clear that they would cover none of the installation expenses. This company in upstate New York took no responsibility for poor workmanship. They covered none of their warranty...none. Don't purchase a pool kit or liner from The Imperial Pools-Vinyl Works located at 33 Wade Road in Latham New York. Do not purchase from this company!

This company do not have any respect for customer looking for support to repair a Saratoga hot tub. They do not reply to email and after a number of left messages they call back and gave info or a service company they no longer service their hot tub! They may sale you a hot tub but don't expect any service support after!!! No Star!!!

They offer great detailed service and pay attention to customer service. They go above and beyond to help you and are very fair! Really a good place to shop.. and the phone support is outstanding...

In and out in about an hour for my delivery. No overnight parking. But a nice pull off spot right before the building, you can spend the night there

Very bad receiver. Do not go here, highly unorganized and order product they don't have room for.

Insane markups, poor customer service. Would rather go literally anyplace else.
