If I could rate this company a 0, that is exactly what it would be. I will continue to write a review every month for the rest of my existence to ensure that the people are aware that this company does not stand behind anything they say or even advertise. It was advertised that if you purchased a certain pool heater (which I purchased) in between a certain time frame (which I did) it came with FREE INSTALL minus parts and trip charges. I then went into the local store to verify said deal and the Asst Manager verified said deal. Even stated that we have contractors locally to do the install. I then purchased the heater, waited for it to arrive. Once it arrived, I called the installation phone number and was told that they could not complete the install because I live in any area that they do not service. I contacted multiple people at corporate too include the local regional manager and got crickets. This company does not stand by their word. I was even told by corporate that they were wrong but they could not complete it. At the end of the day, a person is only as good as their word. Well, Leslie's....... Yall word means nothing.

Wish we could give this place a 0. We bought a Polaris pool cleaner for $700, and it did not work work well. We had it all for 2 weeks when we tried to return it and was told we could not, even though we were well within the 30 day policy.....because it was used. Make it make sense, how else would we know it didn't work well if we didn't use it? We'll never buy from this company again and, will encourage others not to. You have a better chance getting your items from other local stores or Amazon.

The only time I buy from Leslie’s is when I need something quickly or if there is just no other choice. Prices for chemicals, accessories and parts are much cheaper online. In 2020 , the price of chlorine was about $185 for 100 lbs. Now it’s around $1000 per 100 lbs. That’s price gouging, plain and simple.

They had a pump listed as in stock, we ordered it and they lied about when it would be available for us to pick up, then after waiting two weeks to pick it up we soon found out they gave us a used pump that was returned by a previous customer when they claimed it was a new one. We got one of their pool specialists to install it. He straight up told us they sold us this pump without the proper seal plate gasket on it and when we called to address them they refused to send a replacement or even send us the correct gasket, they claimed we didn't use their pool specialist when they provided us with his number in the first place. Zero integrity complete garbage do NOT use these scam artists you are better off finding your pump online embarrassing they call themselves a company.

The General Manager helped me with my water sample and was very informative. He also took time to explain the difference in the automatic vacuums. He was very polite and friendly. I will continue to shop here and support them.

Disappointing Experience with Leslie's Pool Supplies I recently had a very frustrating experience at Leslie's Pool Supplies that I feel compelled to share. My visit to the store was for the purpose of purchasing pool paint. Unfortunately, the staff member present admitted to having limited knowledge about pool paints and mentioned that they do not frequently sell paint. Despite this, she advised me to buy extra paint "just to be safe" and assured me that I could return any unused cans. Based on this advice, I bought several cans of paint. However, when my painter began the job, he immediately noticed that the type of paint purchased was completely unsuitable for my pool. I returned to the store to rectify the situation and return the unopened and factory sealed unused paint, only to be told that they do not accept returns on paint—a policy that was not mentioned at the time of purchase. This oversight has left me out of pocket for over $600, with no resolution offered from Leslie's. The lack of knowledgeable assistance and misleading return policy at Leslie's Pool Supplies has been both disappointing and costly. I would caution potential customers to seek advice and products elsewhere, where the staff is more informed and policies are communicated clearly.

I have been using this store now for 8 years. The store representative CJ, always seems to know the business well. Always super helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Best chemicals on the market. Yes you do get what you pay for especially from any of the box stores. Thank you for help for so many years and many more to come!
