Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The employees will bend over backwards to help you get exactly what you need and haven't found a question yet that they cant answer. Prices are reasonable and have sales at times. I always walk out happy as they are nice people and the fact That I got what I needed/wanted and got it at a reasonable price compared to other stores. They have been known to give up to 20 percent off and also they respect or military and do a military discount. in the Spring they offer free classes to learn about your pool, how it works, what the chemicals are for and why they are needed.
