The staff here are like family. They're very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool was in really bad shape and we were going to drain and refill it. Pinch a penny explained how emptying a pool can cause damage such as cracks. They encouraged me to clean it and helped me every step of the way. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I have some health issues and I was able to clean it by myself. They're the only ones I trust with our pool needs. We've been going here since they opened.

Pinch A Penny always takes care of my pool needs. They walked me through the steps that I need to take to take care of my pool and even wrote them down for me.

I have been calling, leave messages, and texting to install a pool rail. And no one has returned my call. The customer service rep stated it was John John has been four weeks and no one returned my call. Horrible customer service. I’ve called the Atlantic Boulevard store where he works. Is this how you treat your military veterans?

I had the pleasure of working with Libby today. She was wonderful to work with. She did a water Analysis for me, and give me some insight on what to do to get stabilized. On the way out Judy was also very kind and informative. This is one of the largest pool stores in north Florida. I was blown away.
