Warranty on my Polaris pool robot was expired by 2 months and Clay came through with getting the company to honor the warranty. All parts and labor were free of charge. Outstanding service from Clay. Thank you so much to Leslie’s for all the help. Highly recommend

Had Leslie's come out to look at an issue with my pool pump. The techs were able to fix and was happy with the service. The techs tablet did not work so they had to call the store manager to take payment. They told him it was just a service call they fixed the issue. The phone was on speaker and the manager asked why did you fix the pump you should have replaced it with new. Very disappointed that they operate this way they only want to sell new items and not save the customer money. If something can be fixed it should be and not unnecessarily replaced. Looks like I will need a new pool supply company.

I go there to buy non-chlorine oxidizing shock remover. There's two similar brands on the shelf. The shelf price in front of one says $49, the other $35. So obviously I take the one priced at $35 and at the register it rings up as $49. I tell him the price on the shelf said $35 and follow him back. He takes a look at the $35 price tag and removes it. Not only is that bad customer relations but it's illegal. Products have to be sold at the price they are marked.

EDIT: Pool has never been clearer! It took a few days for the cloudy haze to go but it precipitated a ton of phosphates out. Really nice chap running the place, but he tells me my Phosphates are too high and based on my pool i needed the big jug of No Phos (the non cloudy formula) LMAO I’ll keep going to Pinch a Penny, thanks for ruining my pool for the kids pool party and 4th of July weekend!!! Day 2 of cloudy pool 😭

Amazing staff and customer service. Stopped by Sunday Morning, 01/24/2021 to you location on San Jose Blvd. I didn't get the name of the young lady I was talking to about my pool stain problem but she was fantastic. Gave me a great education on the product (Leslie's Stain Remover) I needed to use and how to use it. The pics are taken roughly 24 hours apart. Thank you so much.

Want to thank Clayton G. After dumping a Solus product from Pinch a Penny with no drop in PH, Clayton showed me numbers that showed my PH went up while using PH down. Bought the dry acid and after first batch saw a drop. After a couple more small treatments chemistry is perfect. Leslie's will be my go to supplier from now on.
