I’ve had consistently great service at Leslie's Pool Supplies thanks to Bobby and Zach. These guys are outstanding—very knowledgeable, extremely fair, and genuinely helpful. They’ve taken the time to walk me through what I need without ever overselling anything. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and service these days. Highly recommend stopping in if you need help with your pool.

We’ve been trying to get our pool heater repaired under warranty for almost six months now (one that Leslie’s installed). The first part order was apparently lost and the second one has taken months to arrive. There is little to no communication and we have to continually call to try to get updates on the repair. Still waiting…..

Depending on who’s managing the store on the day-to-day basis, they can be either really good or lower than average on their service and knowledge. I won’t get into specifics, but there’s another Leslie‘s just down the road and I can’t for the life of me figure out why they even have this store open

This place rocks. I fired the pool company that was cleaning my parent's pool because the water was such that you wouldn't want to swim it. With the help of the folks at Leslie's we've brought the levels baking to a level where the pool could be used

A well stocked store with exceptionally helpful service and a sense of humor. Pool stuff isn't cheap. But these guys stand behind their sales. Highly recommended.
