Customer service needs help at this branch. I work with quite a few branches throughout North Florida and these guys just don’t go out of their way to help. Ever. They will rarely deliver to my home area even though they’re only 1mi further than the next closest branch! They are unwilling to transfer items to other branches within their own corporation. Nobody you can call directly as all calls get routed through a call center. Corporate only cares about feeding Pinch a Penny stores and is hurting the independent contractors. Go to Gorman instead!
