This place is amazingg !! I used to live down the street from them, and every summer my pool would turn green after maybe a week of use. They sold me on a product that I call magic. After putting it in my pool and letting my pump run all day . The next morning clear water , no cloudyness, no green, no need to vacuum anything clear water like when you first fill it up(above ground pool). They are so amazing that I now live in LA and still go all the way up to the high desert to buy this product because they are the only place I know that has it and for a great price.

New Pool owner 😎 My hubby & I were struggling to keep our pool free of algae black mold etc. We bought a fixer and the last owner let the pool go. We were recommended to come here for guidance. The ladies are awesome! They help me step by step get my alge pool to literally crystal clear waters in days just in time for summer!! They helped me understand how to care for my pool. WE HAD CALLED FOR A PRICE FOR OUR FILTER DEBBIE HAD TO ORDER IT. GAVE US A PRICE OF $49.99 WHEN THE FILTER CAME IN WAS $89.99.WE HAVING BEEN WITH THEM FOR 25 YEARS WE WILL NOT BE BACK. WE FOUNG THE SAME THING ON AMAZON FOR LESS AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE I GIVE THEM HANDS DOWN I GIVE THEM O STARS

They took my $150 for the assessment, gave me the price for the job only to find out they don’t have a valid contractors license it expired in 2009 so insurance wouldn’t cover. Leslie’s did a great job and for less money. Bills pools didn’t even refund the $150. Went back and forth for 4 weeks with out filter they didn’t care.

Hands down Bills has superior customer service compared to Leslie's. They also have better pricing on the products I like to use. I always leave feeling like my business was appreciated. Will continue to do business here.
