Brandon the store manager at Valle Verde was very helpful. We purchased a 400,000 BTU pool heater with no problems. We initially did everything online and then went to the store to pay for the install fees. First, make sure to have the heater site evaluation and then once the tech comes out, purchase the heater through Leslie’s and they will do the install. Once the heater is delivered, Leslie’s corporation will contact you to set up an appointment for the install. We are very happy with the results, our tech Fausto was knowledgeable and worked quickly. They will take your old heater, and you don’t need to do anything. I highly recommend Leslie’s, it’s been a great experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I tried to address my concerns, they were met with attitude instead of professionalism. What made the experience even worse was the manager, Brandon. He was rude, disrespectful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. Rather than listening to customer concerns or attempting to make things right, he came across as dismissive and unconcerned. As a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and know how to treat people with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to anyone expecting professional customer service.

Called Valle Verde. Henderson location to arrange a tech to come to service my pool as I was having circulation problems. The technician (Rully) came right on time. Texted me to tell me he was on his way. Very knowledgeable guy who completely fixed all my problems, some 10 years old! I cannot stress enough how professional he was. Highly recommend him and Leslie’s techs in general. Leslie’s is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I was looking to upgrade my father-in-law‘s pump and filter. The old one must be at least 30 years old. Russell was very helpful, Daniel came out and did an evaluation and gave us a few options and when the job was done it was done in 40 minutes by Daniel and an assistant who was extremely professional as well. What a difference it is already making! I was highly impressed and will use Leslie’s pools again.
