I stopped in here to get a basket for a pool skimmer. I said the skimmer they had look pretty close to what was there at the in-laws house. The person who did the transaction said not to worry if it wasn’t the right basket or didn’t fit to bring it back and they would exchange it. Low and behold it was a little to big so I headed back up there from fairfax about a 20+ minute ride and was told because it was opened they couldn’t exchange it. Now I have a $15 basket I can’t use and two trips back in fourth all for nothing. Terrible experience and bad business practices. I will not be returning. Amazon would have returned it no questions asked I guess that’s where I will have to go.

The cleaning guy was great . The associated at the store is nasty. She lies. I highly recommend you do not use them. Especially if she is still there.

They satisfied all my pool chemical needs and sand at excellent prices.
